I moved from South Carolina to Flagstaff when I was 16. Within a few years of graduating, I developed wanderlust. After spending several years living in Florida and Oklahoma, I wanted to come "Home". I could not think of a better place to raise my family! I have now been home for 16 years. I love summer in Flagstaff, taking part in community activities, hiking, attending to the multitude of four-legged creatures that share my home, and I am always open to learning new things. My daughter-in-law, Jessica Truettner-McRoy, introduced me to the family business when I was looking for a career change. Having worked in the veterinary field for 20 years, I understand the importance of accuracy and communication. I have learned so many things from Cindi's vast knowledge, and look forward to continuing my education in Real Estate.

I obtained my license in 2008 and shortly thereafter became a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Certified Short Sale Negotiator (CSSN), Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), a member of the Masters of Real Estate Society (MRE), and got certified for At Home With Diversity (AHWD).I served on the Arizona Department of Real Estate's Education Auditor Program in 2009 and 2010.I specialized in finding exceptional value for my clients with bank-owner properties and later myself having flipped a bunch of homes.
I enjoy taking my cats on adventures around the state and the occasional strategy game.
